How does working with a recruiter work?

For the right candidates, working with a recruiter is a great experience. With Find-A-Pharmacist-Recruiter.com, there is no cost to candidates to work with a recruiter in our network.

Once you submit your information, it is forwarded to a recruiter within our network. We try to direct you to a recruiter that specializes in your area of interest, based on information you provide (geographical location, areas and years of experience, etc) so please provide us with as much information as possible.

The recruiter receives your information and will contact you to discuss your interest. After they have received your resume and references, they begin sourcing positions on your behalf. They submit each position to you to determine your interest and, once you have indicated interest in a specific position, begin presenting your information to the hiring authority.

After mutual interest is determined, an interview is scheduled and if the company extends an offer, the recruiter negotiates pay, benefits, and hours on your behalf. Once you accept a position, the hiring authority pays the recruiter a sourcing fee for their work. At no time do you pay the recruiter anything for representing you throughout the process.

What does it cost to work with a recruiter?

There is absolutely zero cost to work with a recruiter within the Find-A-Pharmacist-Recruiter Network. The recruiter is paid by the hiring authority when, and if, you accept a new position.

What types of candidates do recruiters prefer to work with?

There are a few criteria that make a pharmacist the "perfect candidate" in the eyes of a recruiter.

• More than 3 years working experience (5+ preferred)
• Candidates that have not yet submitted their information to hiring authorities (once you submit your information to a hiring authority a recruiter can not represent you with that specific company)
• Management or PIC experience
• Candidate being accessible & easy to contact
• Candidate not being unrealistic about working hours, rate of pay, or geographical location (recruiters are here to help you find the perfect job, but asking for $60/hour in an area that typically pays $45 is unrealistic)

Will my information be submitted to job boards or hiring authorities without my consent?

Absolutely not. Each recruiter within the Find-A-Pharmacist-Recruiter Network agrees to a strict privacy policy. You information will never be shared, forwarded, submitted, or sent without your direct consent. Furthermore, your submission will be sent to one, and only one, recruiter within our Network.
